I am interested in working with young poets interested in shedding the first person singular and plural and in writing poetry about the world. Some have called this kind of writing externalism. It is writing that uses the poet's passion to critique culture or to bring the poet's vision to words.

I have a long practice in writing and publishing in this way and believe that it is the writing of the future. The lyric poem with first person concern has been worn out by over use.
